Members from Same Co.

I could of swore I saw something like this before but not sure. My Operations and (http://maplered.com) Production Mangr's want access to the member restricted rooms under seperate log-on. What do they need to do? Do I make em fill out apps and (http://maplered.com) send in dues for them? Does the SFA have associate members or something along those lines?
